On March 4, 2016, Crystal Instruments was re-awarded the certification for ISO 9001: 2008 by TÜV SÜD America INC, a global testing, certification, and inspection provider. TÜV SÜD conducted an extensive audit of the company design, production, sales and servicing of vibration and acoustic measurement hardware and software for machine monitoring, dynamic measurement, vibration and acoustic testing. The certification verifies that Crystal Instruments is adhering to its quality policy which is, in part, to “meet and exceed the requirements of customers” with “continuous improvement.” Crystal Instruments has been ISO certified since 2012.
