Environmental Testing Services
CI Testing Labs provides complete environmental testing services that include vibration testing, temperature testing, humidity testing, and combined environmental testing. CI environmental testing systems are annually updated and feature patented technologies in vibration testing such as Multi-Resolution Spectrum Analysis.

MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) Vibration Testing Services
MIMO vibration testing methods include: MIMO Random Vibration Testing, MIMO Sine Vibration Testing, MIMO Shock Vibration Testing, MIMO Shock Response Spectrum, MIL STD 810G method 527, MIMO Time Waveform Control, MIMO Transient Time History Control
CI Testing Labs use the Sentek Dynamics’ MA-1000-4H air-cooled simultaneous three-axis vibration testing system to simulate real-world environments and satisfy MIL-STD-810G test requirements. It reduces test time by two-thirds for significant cost savings. Sentek Dynamics’ MA Series simultaneous 3-axis systems use Crystal Instruments’ Spider vibration test controller for advanced MIMO vibration test control.

MESA Vibration Testing Services
MESA vibration testing methods include: MESA Random Vibration Testing, MESA Sine Vibration Testing, MESA Sine on Random Vibration Testing
CI Testing Labs provide MESA vibration testing services when the unit under test is too heavy or too big and exceeds the capabilities of a single shaker. In a MESA vibration testing application, multiple shakers provide excitation to the test specimen in a single axis. Different relations like same magnitude and phase for drives, different phase for drives, different magnitude and phase for drives, can be set for a MESA vibration test.
CI Testing Labs uses the Sentek Dynamics M5044A-PA155-LST900M air-cooled system to perform vibration testing for medium-sized electronic parts, flight and ground vehicle components and assemblies.

AGREE Chamber (5° C/min) with 32 kN shaker and 800 x 800 mm low-pressure slip table
CI Testing Labs provide temperature testing services ranging from -70 °C to 150 °C. The lab features advanced Sentek Dynamics testing chambers with combined environmental testing capabilities. The AGREE Chamber (5° C/min) is combined with a 32 kN shaker featuring an 800 x 800 mm low-pressure slip table. Testing services can include combined testing according to the AGREE (Advisor Group on Reliability of Electronic Equipment) method of testing, which combines three testing environments (temperature testing, humidity testing, and vibration testing) in one chamber. One comprehensive testing report is provided.
