ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized standard for quality management systems. It helps organizations meet the expectations and needs of their customers. The new ISO 9001:2015 standard has several benefits over the 2008 version. It puts greater emphasis on leadership engagement and helps address organizational risks and opportunities in a structured manner. Supply chain management is addressed more effectively.
As part of the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, Crystal Instruments identified organization gaps which needed to be addressed to meet new requirements. We developed an implementation plan and updated the existing quality management system (QMS). We engaged in a rigorous audit of our business processes to verify their effectiveness.
By achieving this level of certification, we continue to demonstrate our ability and commitment to effectively and efficiently provide a quality management system while continuously improving our products and services.
