Crystal Instruments shipped over fifty CoCo-80 handheld vibration monitoring devices in the month of June 2015. Used for preventative maintenance, vibration testing, and machine monitoring, the flexible software of the CoCo-80 allows technicians to easily take data through customized applications. Crystal Instruments’ CoCo-80 is a portable data acquisition system capable of sustaining large-scale maintenance programs.

The CoCo-80 has been used to record and analyze vibration in helicopters, monitor machine health in factories, and test the effect of industrial-sized machinery on the supporting structures. Paired with low frequency accelerometers, the CoCo can measure the seismic effect on the area surrounding tracks in railroad pass-bys.

The CoCo-80 is configured with 2, 4, or 8 channels. The onboard flash memory can record 8 channels of streaming signals simultaneously (up to 102.4 kHz) while computing spectra in real time.
