During the first week of March, Crystal Instruments hosted an International Sales Meeting for our European distributors in Barcelona, Spain. Guests representing our distributors in Europe attended the meeting: Scanditest, Alphatech Ltd, dB Vib, Kistler Eastern, Kvalitest, Alava Ingenieros, Akron, Balkanlar, ADM, Viaxys, Disynet, Sensing, VibroAkustik, Ecspdm and emTEST.
Crystal Instruments International Sales Meeting 2020
The meeting was a success with coverage of all new and current Crystal Instruments products in just over three days. Distributors also had the chance to personally review our latest software release, EDM 8.1, with Crystal Instruments engineering management team. Our distributor representatives also received demonstrations of Crystal Instruments’ vibration controller solutions and MIMO vibration control capabilities. Multi-resolution spectrum analysis and vibration visualization were highlighted as unique and powerful new features developed by Crystal Instruments talented engineering team.
Crystal Instruments’ demonstration of EDM Modal was well received by our audience. For the first time in the history of modal analysis, users can seamlessly collect and analyze data using one common software suite operating on one hardware platform.
The third day session was dedicated to a training seminar focusing on EDM Modal Testing and Analysis. Instruction included demonstrations of EDM Modal’s unique poly-reference modal analysis algorithm to curve fit the FRF matrix from the MIMO FRF testing results. Meeting participants were provided with a hands-on lab kit to perform modal testing and analysis.
Our distributor representatives were also introduced to the new CoCo-70X, Crystal Instruments’ latest vibration handheld analyzer and first IP67 rated device manufactured and designed specifically for the predictive maintenance market. The VDS (Vibration Diagnostic System) software package which was created for the predictive maintenance professional was also demonstrated along with the new CoCo-70X.
The session concluded with excellent questions and suggestions for continued product enhancements from our distributors. The meeting was seen by all who attended as a valuable training opportunity for both the technical and sales aspects of Crystal Instruments’ technical solutions.
