Crystal Instruments provides EDM Cloud (https://cloud.go-ci.com/) for users to view the live status, history (run log), and configurations of environmental tests running on multiple systems. EDM Cloud is a web service and is accessible on an internet browser.
Multiple users can register accounts and be placed into labeled groups. Administrators can selectively share information with different groups and users.
Registered users can configure the live test status to refresh periodically or request a current live status view on a browser, tablet, or cellular phone. Users can also upload test logs and run logs to troubleshoot problems or verify test configurations. A convenient display of controller hardware and software information helps users to ensure their system is current.
The EDM Mobile app is provided in addition to the EDM Cloud web service. Users can download the app for iOS or Android. The EDM Mobile app is specifically designed to provide information from EDM Cloud on mobile devices. Live test status and runlogs are displayed in the app. Users will receive timely notifications when the system sends an alarm, a test aborts, or a test completes. An EDM Cloud account is required to use the EDM Mobile app.
EDM Cloud and EDM Mobile will be provided free of charge for an introductory period ending on March 31, 2023, for all users.
