VIB-101 Vibration Test Operation (April 2025)
VIB-101 Vibration Test Operation (April 2025)
Kannapolis, North Carolina - April 2025
Overview: Hands on testing to design and run a vibration test (random, sine and classical shock). Instrument accelerometers and run the testing on bare table, determine performance limits, best practices and troubleshooting. During operation, learn how to optimize displays and use unique visualization to see the mode shape in real time. Use a mass simulator to repeat the testing and learn the benefits. Finally, install the test article and run the test. Automatically generate the report to document the testing when the test is completed. Post process data including time data and export to various formats.
Design, instrument and run vibration tests - shaker parameters and troubleshooting
Visible self-check, Test schedule and Shaker limits
